Arpit Patel
Chief Executive Officer
Arpit Patel is a seasoned and driven entrepreneur with over 18 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Quality and Compliance. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles at leading organizations including Sun Pharma, US Pharma Labs, and Aurobindo Pharma, where he consistently advanced through positions of increasing responsibility.
Arpit currently serves as the strategic leader of CorePharma, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas including Quality, Operations, Product Development, Facilities and Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and Business Development. Drawing on his strong foundation in Quality, he is committed to fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence while driving sustainable business growth aligned with CorePharma’s long-term vision.
Arpit holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Pharmacy, Gujarat University, and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.

Payal V. Dhaduk
Chief of Finance & HR
Payal V. Dhaduk is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in biomedical technology and pharmaceutical manufacturing. She began her professional journey in biotechnology as a project manager, where she played a key role in supporting product launches, developing sales channels, and building strong partnerships with contract manufacturers while managing financial operations.
Since joining CorePharma in 2018 as Head of Finance, and now serving as Chief Financial Officer, Payal has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial strategy and operational stability. She oversees corporate finance, treasury, human resources, inventory management, procurement processes, and financial planning while ensuring alignment with regulatory and cGMP requirements.
Payal’s academic background includes premedical studies at the Medical University of Lublin in Europe and continued medical training at SHSU in St. Lucia. She has also completed executive programs including the Wharton Executive Education program and the UBS Young Professionals Program, bringing a unique combination of scientific understanding and financial leadership to CorePharma.

Chintan Joshi
Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain
Chintan Joshi brings more than 19 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations management, supply chain strategy, and technical services. Prior to joining CorePharma, he built a strong industry foundation through key roles at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Aurolife Pharma, and Ohm Laboratories, gaining valuable expertise in production, validation engineering, and operational leadership.
Since joining CorePharma in February 2018, Chintan has been responsible for leading cGMP Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, and Supply Chain operations. His leadership focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, strengthening supply chain processes, and ensuring high standards of compliance and quality across all operational functions.
Chintan holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Nirma University, India. He has also completed Project Management studies at Rutgers University, New Jersey, further strengthening his ability to lead complex pharmaceutical operations and supply chain initiatives.

Evan Rafanello
Vice President, Business Development
Evan Rafanello is an experienced business development leader with over 13 years of expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and CDMO partnerships. He has built a strong reputation for driving strategic growth, optimizing operational collaboration, and developing long-term partnerships that support innovation within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Before joining CorePharma, Evan held leadership roles at Aphena Pharma Solutions, Altasciences, Jubilant HollisterStier, and PCI Pharma Services. During his career, he successfully led initiatives that improved operational efficiency, strengthened supply chain processes, and enhanced revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
At CorePharma, Evan leads business development initiatives focused on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening commercial strategy, and aligning customer needs with operational capabilities. His collaborative approach helps pharmaceutical and biotech partners accelerate product development and bring life-changing therapies to market.
VP of Quality
Srinivasulu Ale
Vice President, Quality and Analytical Research & Development
Srinivasulu Ale brings over 29 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality systems, analytical research and development, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Aurolife Pharma, Ohm Laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he played a key role in quality management and regulatory readiness.
He has been actively involved in the development and regulatory filing of more than 200 ANDA products and has successfully supported numerous regulatory inspections including cGMP, PAI, PAS, and customer audits. His deep expertise in quality assurance and analytical development has contributed to maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards.
At CorePharma, Srinivasulu leads the Quality Assurance, Compliance, Quality Control, and Analytical Research & Development functions. He is responsible for strengthening quality systems, supporting regulatory audits, and overseeing analytical method development and validation to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.

Bhavesh Patel
Vice President, Facilities and Engineering
Bhavesh Patel has over 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing engineering and facility management. His expertise includes GMP facility design, construction, equipment installation, validation, and engineering operations within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Earlier in his career, Bhavesh gained extensive experience at Heritage Pharmaceuticals, where he spent a decade managing large-scale facility operations and capital projects. During this time, he successfully led the development and commissioning of a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Bhavesh rejoined CorePharma in February 2018 as Director of Facilities and Engineering and now serves as Vice President of Facilities and Engineering. He oversees Facilities, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Security, and Capital Projects across manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure reliable and compliant production infrastructure.

Rajendra Nagamalla

Rajendra Nagamalla is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in product development, formulation research, and regulatory strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the development of a wide range of pharmaceutical products while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
Prior to joining CorePharma, Rajendra held key roles in leading pharmaceutical organizations where he led formulation development programs, supported regulatory submissions, and helped bring complex generic and specialty products to market. His expertise spans formulation design, technology transfer, scale-up processes, and regulatory compliance aligned with global pharmaceutical standards.
At CorePharma, Rajendra leads the Product Development function, overseeing formulation research, development strategy, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams. His focus is on driving innovation, strengthening development capabilities, and ensuring that new products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.

Throughout her career, Ameeshi has worked closely with teams across product development, quality, operations, and supply chain to align project timelines with organizational objectives. Her leadership in project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication helps ensure that critical pharmaceutical projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.
